Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy clarifies the shipping standards, logistics rules and responsibility division for all orders of CHUAN LIMITED, applicable to all cross-border transaction businesses.
1. Shipping Arrangement
We adopt professional cross-border cold chain logistics for all shippable orders. Shipment will be arranged according to the logistics schedule confirmed in the official order. We implement standardized packaging and transportation procedures suitable for cross-border transportation.
2. Shipping Information Responsibility
Customers shall provide accurate and complete receiving addresses, contact information and delivery requirements before order confirmation. Any delivery failure, logistics abnormality or additional costs caused by wrong or incomplete customer information shall be borne solely by the customer.
3. Delivery Risk Transfer
After the goods are handed over to the logistics carrier, the transportation risk of the goods shall be transferred to the customer. Customers shall complete receiving and inspection in a timely manner according to the receiving standard.
Any problems caused by delayed pickup, refusal to receive goods or improper storage after arrival shall not be regarded as valid reasons for after-sales claims.
4. Shipping Delay Explanation
We do not guarantee fixed delivery time. Transportation delays or logistics abnormalities may occur due to uncontrollable factors including customs inspection, port arrangement, weather, policy adjustment and logistics emergencies. We shall not be held liable for any delays caused by objective uncontrollable reasons.
5. Logistics After-sales Rules
For any logistics-related problems, customers shall initiate feedback and provide complete valid evidence within the specified time limit. All logistics dispute processing results are subject to comprehensive verification of our shipment records and official logistics feedback.
