Return and Refund Policy

This policy is issued by CHUAN LIMITED and governs all cross‑border order‑related return, replacement and refund applications. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept all clauses in this policy.

Our traded commodities belong to perishable cold‑chain goods. Once the shipment has departed our warehouse, orders are ordinarily non‑returnable. We will only examine refund‑related applications that satisfy qualified conditions. No unconditional refund commitment is offered.

2. Qualified Circumstances for Claim Review

Refund or replacement requests can be submitted for assessment when one of the following situations occurs:
  1. Damage triggered by improper packaging, pre‑shipment storage mistakes on our side
  2. Severe package break‑off and cargo damage generated in‑transit, supported by complete valid evidence

3. Circumstances Where Claims Will Not Be Accepted

We decline return, exchange and refund requests under these conditions:
  1. Order cancellation caused by adjusted purchasing plans, personal preference or accidental ordering
  2. Deterioration and damage brought by delayed pickup, improper customer‑side preservation and incorrect cold‑chain storage
  3. Minor package abrasion that does not affect the inner‑cargo status
  4. Goods that have been opened, processed, thawed or repacked after delivery

4. Claim Submission Rules

All inquiries must be sent to our official email contact@chuankingcrab.shop within 24 hours upon goods receipt.

You are required to supply unboxing photos and videos that record outer‑side packaging, inner packing and the detailed state of goods, alongside your order number.
Overdue applications or requests with incomplete supporting materials will not be reviewed.

5. Verification and Final Judgement

After receiving your claim materials, our team will carry‑out comprehensive verification combining shipment records and logistics feedback.

All processing outcomes are subject to the final judgement of CHUAN LIMITED. We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time.
